Oak Creek Plumbing did a special order for a residential water heater on a real short notice, and the install was perfect. That's how experiences with contractors should always be!

While turning off the outside hose bibs for the winter, we found we had a steady leak at the turn off valve inside our basement. Bob came out the same day, explained what needed to be done, and had everything finished that afternoon. He's done work at our home before, he's always pleasant, never leaves a mess, and we always feel we made the right call for plumbing help. Would highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing.

Bob was able to quickly diagnose our leak was coming from our 47 year old toilet and he was able to replace the toilet with a new one the same day. Fast and friendly service.

I scheduled a week in advance then waited all day only to be called at the end of the day to be told that no one could come out. Very disappointing. Then when someone did come out the next day there was no call ahead of time. Also it took very long for a simple toilet fix. And the price I paid included a service contract. I was never asked if I wanted that. It was worked into the estimate. I certainly did not want that as I will never go back there.

I’ve chosen Oak Creek Plumbing for several improvements in my condo. The latest was new counter tops and sink and faucet. Love it all. Thanks. They do a great job and all the guys I’ve had working here are knowledgeable in what they do. Sales people very friendly and helpful. Have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
